Booking Terms and Conditions

Open Workshop Cancellation policy

1. If you can no longer attend a training workshop, you can cancel your place, subject to the terms below, by sending an email to enquiries@ai-businesstraining.co.uk or through our contact us page.

2. If we cancel a training workshop, we will offer you the choice of a full refund of our workshop fee or to transfer to an alternative workshop date/venue.

3. If you cancel your place on a training workshop the following terms apply:

• 8 days or more before the event - a full refund of the workshop fee.

• From 24 hours to 7 days before the event - 50% refund or the opportunity to transfer to another workshop date/venue (subject to availability).

• Fewer than 24 hours before the event - no refund or the opportunity to transfer to another workshop date.

 

Open Workshop Transfer Policy

1. If you cannot attend an event, you can transfer your place to another individual. Places can be substituted at any time up to and including the day of the event.

2. Please inform us by sending an email to enquiries@ai-businesstraining.co.uk or via our contact us page of any transfers to another individual.

3. You can transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability.

4. You can request a transfer by sending an email to enquiries@ai-businesstraining.co.uk or through our contact us page.

 

Open Workshop No Show Policy

If you fail to attend a training workshop on which you have booked a place, then no refund will be made.

 

Corporate Workshop Cancellation Policy

1. If you can no longer hold a training workshop, you can cancel, subject to the terms below, by sending an email to enquiries@ai-businesstraining.co.uk or through our contact us page.

2. If we cancel a training workshop, we will offer you the choice of a full refund of our workshop fee or to transfer to an alternative workshop date.

3. If you cancel a training workshop we will refund the workshop fee less any third party costs we have had to incur, such as venue fees.

 

Liability

1. AI Business Training is a division of Limehouse RM Limited

2. Limehouse RM Limited accepts no liability if a training workshop is cancelled.

3. Limehouse RM Limited accepts no liability for any losses incurred which arise out of or in connection with any open or corporate training workshop.

4. The total liability of Limehouse RM Limited under or in connection with the training workshop whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the workshop fee.
